  1. Peter Gray
    Peter is a successful and respected leader of improvement change programmes, demonstrated through a health care career ranging from finance, operational management and national improvement roles. With a broad range and depth of practical knowledge and expertise in improving the quality, safety and experience of care, and an understanding of the impact integrated diagnostics can have on the wider healthcare system, Peter has both led and contributed to the development of new approaches in national quality improvement programmes. In addition, he has been responsible for training, coaching and supporting frontline staff and leaders in established improvement methods, primarily lean. Having led his own laboratory through transformational change to being an excellent facilitator of others, he is passionate when leading change with teams for the benefit of the NHS.
  2. Janet Clark
    Janet, a qualified pharmacist, has 34 years of pharmaceutical experience working across various organisations in the NHS including Community Pharmacy, Local Pharmaceutical Committees, Primary Care Trusts, GP practices and NHS Direct. She has also worked in academia supporting the delivery of the Non-Medical Prescribing Course. Working across these organisations and professions she has developed an extensive knowledge of regulatory requirements, contractual obligations whilst maintaining her clinical skills. In 2012 Janet was designated a Fellow of the Royal Pharmaceutical Society for distinction in the pharmacy profession.
  3. Anna Lewis
    Anna helps Board level leaders and senior management teams to unlock new ways of tackling complex organisational problems in sustainable and inclusive ways, primarily in the healthcare and third sectors. Drawing on a wide range of expertise, from executive coaching and asset-based OD approaches to quality improvement methodologies and with 20 years’ experience of NHS senior management, means she is well placed to understand the realities of work at both operational and strategic levels. Her ethos is all about people-powered change to restore humanity in the workplace, from which extraordinary and tangible results flow.
  4. Anya De Longh
    Anya is passionate about self-management support and co-production. She brings her personal experience as a patient to her local roles in Dorset around the commissioning and delivery of self-management and social prescribing services and nationally around the strategic, training and broader personalised care agenda. She uses her national profile to champion what matters to patients. As Patient Editor at BMJ, she works with Health Education England on person-centred training resources. Anya has chaired a strategic patient and public involvement group for a CCG-led transformation programme, guest lectured on self-management support at medical schools, and been a PPI Champion for Wessex CLAHRC projects. She is a keynote speaker and passionate orator in inspiring local commissioning to reflect the needs of individuals in providing truly person-centred services.
  5. Amina Chitembo
    Amina brings her proficiency of NHS transformation, commissioning, and service redesign. She has experience of helping Leadership teams to review staff and service structures within and across multiple NHS organisations. Her experience of streamlining services in CCGs, primary, and secondary care, and across multi-agency Integrated Care. She prides herself in helping organisation reduce costs through, CIPs, GIRFT, and other transformation, improvement, and service redesign programmes. She is the is the founder and president of the Community Inclusion AwardsTM, as well as being an author, book writing coach and an award-winning publisher and promoter of Migration, Diversity, Inclusion, and Leadership books and resources.
  6. Sandro Gatillo
    Sandro is a highly skilled Neuro Physiotherapist specialising in Stroke & Brain Injury. Working with a team of Neuro Occupational Therapists, Speech Therapists, Consultants and other rehabilitation professionals he is an authority on complex mobility problems either caused by a pathology in the Central Nervous System or any other conditions such as orthopaedic, musculoskeletal, respiratory or post-operative complications. Managing complex caseloads, he assess the functional status of clients and plans appropriate therapeutic interventions and provides independent management and predicts clients' most likely rehabilitation potential.
